You will coordinate a distributed team, drive development activities and contribute directly to the implementation and quality of complex GUI solutions.\nLead and develop a distributed, cross-site team, including regular 1:1 meetings, goal setting, performance reviews, team development and conflict management\nPlan and coordinate development activities, including time planning, milestone tracking and management reporting, as well as coordinating build management and release processes\nEnsure high technical quality through performance optimization, bug fixing and continuous attention to software quality\nDevelop complex GUI components and features using Qt6, QML and C++ while making use of agile development methods\nManage key stakeholders, including presenting the feature roadmap and providing support and training\nYour profile\nQualifications and skills to help you succeed \nYou enjoy being hands-on with technical topics while also taking responsibility for leading and supporting your team.
