Develop and optimize semiconductor packaging processes to achieve project targets in quality, cost, manufacturability and timeline. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Perform process development activities, including process parameter scouting, optimization, verification and Process Freeze, to meet targets for timeline, quality, cost competitiveness and manufacturability. Identify and develop new process technology and improve process capability to meet new requirements from Business Divisions. Define and document Process Specifications and establish relevant process controls to detect process deviations. Support prototype and development sample builds, and drive technical handshake and knowledge transfer to Operations. Generate and update relevant technical documentation, including Process Specification, PFMEA, DFMEA, OJTI, T32 and PDR. Support the definition of process technology, material, machine and tooling, and liaise with suppliers for continuous improvement. Perform verification and qualification activities for new tooling, machines and materials in development projects.
