Protocol Compliance Engineer
Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Analyze technical standard specification for critical implementation detail.
- Develop test plan and perform conformance testing on bench to ensure device is compliant to technical standard specification.
- Debug and assist in resolving bench identified issue.
- Support on the design and implementation of test platform required to perform conformance testing.
- Develop software tool to utilize the test platform as well as post-process conformance test result.
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields, or Bachelor’s degree in same fields with 0-1 years of related professional experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience in silicon bench testing and debug.
- Proficiency in C/C++ with experience on test equipment automation.
- Good technical reading skill for understanding technical specification and manual is needed.
- Familiarity with lab equipment such as oscilloscope, FPGA usage is desired.
- Familiarity with Ethernet transceivers and associated standards IEEE 802.3 is desired.
