Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Plan, prepare, run and evaluate Radiation Tests for development and qualification of space components
- Improve our current approaches for radiation testing by optimizing test software routines or redesigning test hardware
- Travel to radiation facilities in Europe and occasionally USA
- Create and maintain technical documentation and reports for customers in the High Reliability market
- Manage low complexity Product Projects for new space applications
- Act as themain interface on respective project
- Support ESA Funding Project as testing engineer
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
As a R&D Support Engineer, you cooperate across boundaries and appreciate the
contributions of other people. Furthermore, you are personally committed to the customer’s
concerns and award them a high priority. Lastly, you work conscientiously on making things better,
faster, and more efficient.
- M.Sc. in Physics or Electrical engineering
- 1 year of experience as a R&D Support Engineer or similar
- Knowledge in Data Analysis and Testing
- Initial knowledge in Analog/Digital IC
- Project management and Python knowledge is an advantage
- Fluency in German and English. French is a plus
- Team player with good Communication skills
- Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint skills
- Ability to drive several complex topics in parallel
