Are you in?Your Role\nKey responsibilities in your new role\nAs a Senior Concept Engineer for UWB, you will be at the forefront of algorithm development for UWB communication systems.\nDevelop algorithms for UWB radios considering implementation complexity aspects\nCollaborate with digital and analog designers on requirements specifications for UWB baseband and analog features\nDerive clear specifications for analog and digital blocks to be implemented on chip\nEvaluate performance trade-offs and propose innovative improvements to existing UWB features\nLead sub-projects of UWB IP algorithm development and ensure a smooth work process\nProactively drive improvement of existing IPs and working flows\nContribute to team growth by supporting colleagues on a day-to-day basis\nYour Profile\nQualifications and skills to help you succeed\nYou are a self-driven professional with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
