Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role
Support semiconductor products through the product lifecycle, ensuring quality and reliability.
- Perform silicon characterization, validation, and yield analysis.
- Investigate manufacturing, reliability, and customer-return issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective actions (CAPA).
- Monitor yield and product health metrics to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with design, test, quality, and manufacturing teams.
- Support product qualifications, ECOs, and process changes.
- Generate reports on yield, quality, and manufacturing performance.
- Automate data analysis and reporting using scripting tools.
- Document engineering findings and best practices for product sustainment.
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
Master’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, VLSI, Microelectronics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Semiconductor Product Engineering, Sustaining Engineering, Yield Engineering, or Manufacturing Support.
- Good understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, silicon characterization, and product lifecycle management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis and root cause investigation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with global cross-functional teams.
