Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Work as Key Account Manager to work out clear development strategy for the assigned accounts in Renewable Energy sector.
- Achieve financial targets of revenue, design-win, forecast accuracy, as well as customer satisfaction goal.
- Provide input insights when develop, execute and optimize account strategies for sustainable & profitable growth through strategic sales plan “Bluebook” articulation and seamless executions.
- With thorough customer system understanding to initiate new product ideations and work with business development, application/product marketing and engineering teams to incubate NPI projects.
- Work across Infineon business units to identify and fulfill cross BUs selling opportunities; Work across regions to address global footprints of customer business expansion.

- Excellence in communication in both internal and external, power of influencing.
- Logical thinking, system understanding, and awareness of process.
- Team player.
- Good command of English in oral and written.
- Familiar with MNC internal working process & timely written reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure from both internal & external and frequently travel.
- Ability to articulate well business proposal along with technical team across all levels of hierarchy.
