Together,\nwe make reliability our strongest asset.\nYour role\nKey responsibilities in your new role\nAnalyze, optimize, model und automate decision and business processes \nStructure and document use cases for decision and business processes incl. assessment of value and complexity \nApply AI-assisted methods for requirements engineering, process discovery and business analysis to accelerate solution identification and prioritization \nImplement solutions using modern development approaches including low-code platforms, AI-assisted development environments and agentic coding workflows where appropriate \nWork with interdisciplinary and international teams to identify fitting solutions with an agile and value driven mindset \nDevelop and apply trainings, user concepts and operating models to ensure adoption of AI-enhanced processes, digital assistants and intelligent automation solutions \nEstablish a community for to exchange on requirements and to provide support \nFacilitate collaboration between process experts, data experts and AI practitioners to identify and scale reusable solutions \nBecome expert on Infineon's ecosystem for process automation, data analytics, AI platforms and digital solution development \nIdentify opportunities for intelligent automation by combining process knowledge, analytics and AI capabilities \nDesign and govern AI-supported business processes following security, compliance and Responsible AI principles \nEvaluate, prototype and operationalize AI agents and copilots that support business and operational processes \nPresent results and methods to different stakeholders (story telling with data) \nCommunicate AI opportunities, business value, limitations and governance considerations to technical and non-technical stakeholders \nSupervise students and interns\nYour profile\nQualifications and skills to help you succeed \nProvide fast and efficient solution by easily abstracting even complex problems and transfer your learning from other applications to a new solution.\nOpen communicator and like to get to know experts from different areas to develop a lasting network. \nProactively develop solutions even for new use cases with internal and external partners to drive maximum value for the company. \nMaster degree in industrial engineering, science or other technical studies \nExperience in business process modelling and automation in industry (preferable semiconductor) with adequate tooling (e.g. BPMN, Process Mining) \nExperience in leading classical and agile projects of advantage \nBasic knowledge of data provisioning, analytics solutions and AI-supported decision intelligence concepts \nUnderstanding of Generative AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and their business applications \nExperience with AI-assisted software development, agentic coding environments or modern software delivery practices is an advantage \nKnowledge of AI-enabled requirements engineering, process mining and process discovery methodologies is an advantage \nBasic knowledge on industry (preferable Infineon) business processes of advantage \nProfound in communications and presentation of complex technical solutions to different stakeholders\nFluent in English and local language\n#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.\nAs a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
