Key responsibilities in your new role
- Manage the full lifecycle of enterprise in-house data center infrastructure, including design, build, operation, and facility management, covering both traditional and modular/containerized architectures.
- Manage day-to-day operations in local and global data centers, including incident management, change requests, and service requests.
- Collaborate with global data center teams on projects, discussions, and operations to ensure seamless delivery of data center services.
- Work closely with local facility teams and other departments to ensure stable data center operations, aligning with global standards and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs).
- Ensure data centers are set up and run according to global standards and OLAs, with a focus on efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
- Take ownership of data center design, build, and run activities globally, working with a global team to deliver high-quality data center services.
- Support data center capacity expansion and infrastructure improvement initiatives.
- Ensure documentation, technical reports, and operational procedures are properly maintained.
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in an enterprise data center environment, with a strong understanding of data center operations and management.
- Proficiency in English language is mandatory, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in data center facility and on-site, certificate of server hardware infrastructure & installation, and Certified Data Centre Specialist is preferred.
- Knowledge of electrical engineering principles is a significant advantage, with the ability to apply technical expertise to data center operations.
- Basic programming skills are a plus, with the ability to automate tasks and analyze data.
