Are you in?\nYour role\nKey responsibilities in your new role\nLead performance deliverables mainly Quality, Productivity and Speed which ultimately contribute to department and Melaka site targets Maintenance\nLead Test and Test Scan Pack technician groups to execute equipment maintenance timely and comprehensively\nEnsure availability of machine critical parts and tooling parts to support production which will impacted the OEE and delivery\nManage Test equipment maintenance systematic/Release T32, actual maintenance activities and the maintenance personnel in order to achieve best equipment efficiency and maintenance cost\nSupport improvement project related to quality, yield and OEE\nDrive a culture based on maintenance routines and engineering solutions using training, systematic troubleshooting and root cause corrective actions\nMinimize PDP lot on hold establish and/or modify setup, conversion and troubleshooting guide to ensure all equipment have reliable machine uptime\nInvestigate andimplement countermeasures to prevent repetitive breakdowns\nTrain the technical team in define competency model and follow through on the technical level certification\nCoordinate all Safety, Health and Environment activities\nYour profile\nQualifications and skills to help you succeed \nBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred\nMinimum 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred\nKnowledge of equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and equipment troubleshooting methodologies\nKnowledge of root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, Fishbone Diagram, FMEA, or similar methodologies\nComfort communicating in Bahasa Malaysia and English is important for working with the team and stakeholders\n#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.\nAs a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
