You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and drive operational excellence through effective test management, problem-solving, and process optimization.\nYour role\nKey responsibilities in your new role\nPlan, coordinate, and manage technical feasibility checks and reliability testing activities to support product, technology, and process qualification projects.\n\nCollaborate closely with Lab Planners, Product Engineers, and Operations teams to ensure timely execution of reliability test packages and qualification milestones.\nSupport test package releases and assignments by prioritizing testing activities, resolving test-related issues, and ensuring alignment with project timelines.\nMaintain, optimize, and support Automatic Test Equipment (ATE), handlers, load boards, DUT boards, adapters, sockets, and environmental test systems to ensure reliable test execution.\nMonitor, analyze, and report test activities, equipment utilization, test delays, bottlenecks, and operational risks to relevant stakeholders.\nDevelop, improve, and sustain reliability testing methods, procedures, and processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and qualification effectiveness.\nPrepare and maintain technical documentation, including work instructions, specifications, operating procedures, and qualification records.\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives, yield and quality improvement projects, problem-solving activities, and 8D investigations to drive operational excellence.\nYour profile\nQualifications and skills to help you succeed \nBachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Applied Science, or a related technical discipline.\n\nMinimum 3 years of experience in reliability testing, semiconductor product qualification, test engineering, or a related manufacturing environment.\nStrong understanding of semiconductor reliability testing methodologies, qualification processes, and product validation requirements.\nExperience working with Automatic Test Equipment (ATE), test handlers, load boards, DUT boards, sockets, adapters, and environmental stress testing systems.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate technical issues and implement effective corrective actions.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.\n#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.\nAs a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
