and access controls.\nProvide technical leadership for Windchill customizations, code reviews, governance, and best practices.\nArchitect integrations between Windchill and enterprise applications such as ERP, ALM, document management systems, and portals.\nLead cloud migration, platform upgrades, data migration, and legacy system modernization initiatives.\nDrive digital engineering experiences through dashboards, portals, and connected solutions.\nEstablish and support DevOps, CI/CD, automation, release management, and deployment practices.\nMentor developers, architects, and project teams while ensuring delivery quality and technical excellence.\nCollaborate with stakeholders, business leaders, and IT teams to drive architecture decisions and solution adoption.\nSupport pre-sales activities, including solution design, effort estimation, RFP responses, and proof-of-concept demonstrations.\nMaintain architecture documentation, interface specifications, deployment guides, and knowledge-sharing materials.\nPromote quality assurance, continuous improvement, training, and operational best practices.\nYour profile\nQualifications and skills to help you succeed \nBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Manufacturing, or a related field.\nExtensive experience in enterprise PLM architecture and large-scale PTC Windchill implementations.\nStrong expertise in Windchill configuration, customization, workflows, lifecycles, object models, access control, teams, groups, and product/document management.\nHands-on experience with Java/J2EE, REST APIs, JavaScript/Node.js, Python, scripting, databases, and reporting technologies.\nProven track record of designing and implementing integrations between PLM, ERP, ALM, CAD, IoT, document management systems, portals, and middleware platforms.\nExposure to connected product and digital engineering solutions is preferred.\nGood understanding of cloud migration, microservices, platform upgrades, de-customization, data migration, and legacy system modernization.\nExperience with Agile delivery, DevOps, CI/CD, source control, release management, automated testing, and environment governance.\nAbility to create and present solution architectures, interface designs, data flows, technical roadmaps, and proof of concepts (PoCs).\nStrong technical leadership with experience in team mentoring, solution reviews, issue resolution, and delivery ownership.\nCustomer-facing consulting experience, including stakeholder workshops, product demonstrations, pre-sales support, RFP responses, and technical presentations.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.\nCertifications such as PMP, TOGAF, PTC, Cloud, or Agile are an added advantage.\nAbility to collaborate effectively across global teams, locations, and time zones, including support during critical releases,
