Data Creation, Maintenance, and Governance\nReview,\nvalidate, and process incoming requests for new customer master data creation\nand modifications in enterprise systems (e.g., SAPERP, SAP MDG , SAP CRM,\nSalesforce).\nEnsure all customer data attributes (such as legal entities,\nbilling addresses, tax identifiers, payment terms, and hierarchies) are accurate,\ncomplete, and properly formatted.\nEnforce and uphold enterprise data\ngovernance policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and data quality\nrules while ensuring compliance with audit controls and data privacy regulations\n(e.g., GDPR,CCPA).\nPerform routine data profiling, data cleansing, and\nmass-maintenance activities to improve data quality and eliminate redundancy.\n2.\nProject & System Support\nServe as the master data subject matter expert\n(SME) on cross-functional business projects, system upgrades, migrations,\nand mergers/acquisitions.\nParticipate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT),\nregression testing, and data validation activities for system enhancements and\nnew data capabilities.\nSupport the mapping, transformation, and\nreconciliation of legacy customer data during system integrations or\nimplementations.\n3. Year-End Change & Operational Peak Activities\nCoordinate and execute critical year-end data maintenance\nactivities, including calendar switches, pricing structural shifts, and credit\nlimit profile adjustments.\nManage bulk updates for year-end organizational\nchanges, such as fiscal updates, legal entity restructuring, and reporting\nhierarchy resets.\nEnsure high data accuracy and rapid turn around times during\nseasonal peak business periods to prevent delays in customer billing,\nfinancial consolidation, and legal reporting.\n4. Customer Portfolio Support\n& Lifecycle Management\nExecute mass transfers and realignments of\ncustomer accounts across internal portfolios, sales territories, and account\nmanagers.\nManage complex customer hierarchies and relationship\nstructures (e.g., parent-child corporate relationships, ship-to vs.\nbill-to accounts) to ensure correct sales attribution and commercial routing.\nCollaborate with Sales Operations, Finance, and GSD teams to ensure portfolio\ndefinitions accurately reflect current go-to-market strategies.\nYour profile\nQualifications and skills to help you succeed \nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,\nInformation Systems, Data Management, Finance, or a related field (or\nequivalent practical experience).\nExperience: 2-4 years of direct experience\nin master data management, data governance, or business operations, specifically\nfocusing on the Customer domain.\nSystem Knowledge: Hands-on experience with\nmajor ERP or CRM systems (e.g., SAP MDG/ECC/S4HANA, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics,\nor Salesforce) is highly preferred.\nSoft Skills:\no Exceptional attention to\ndetail and a commitment to data accuracy under tight operational deadlines.\no Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex portfolio\nrestructures and year-end dependencies.\no Excellent communication skills to\npartner effectively with global sales, project managers, and finance\nstakeholders.\n#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.\nAs a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
