The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Digital, Analog, and RF testing, DFT methodologies, automation, and technical leadership, with the ability to drive high-quality test solutions from product development through volume manufacturing.\nYour role\nKey responsibilities in your new role\nLead the development and ownership of ATE test solutions and hardware for wafer-level and package-level testing of SoC, RF, wireless connectivity, and IoT products.\nDevelop, debug, and enhance characterization and production test programs for RF SoCs, wireless connectivity devices, and microcontrollers.\nDesign and implement multi-site ATE hardware solutions on Teradyne UltraFLEX and UltraFLEX Plus platforms.\nUtilize strong expertise in DFT, circuit design, ATE methodologies, DOE, and SPC to drive robust test coverage and product quality.\nTroubleshoot customer application challenges, manage RMA investigations, and ensure timely issue resolution through effective root-cause analysis.\nCreate and optimize test programs while driving yield improvement, test cost reduction, and manufacturing efficiency initiatives.\nValidate product performance and ensure compliance with datasheet specifications throughout design optimization and customer qualification phases.\nProvide technical leadership and test engineering support to both internal teams and external customers.\nDrive device and package qualification activities for new product introductions and production transfers.\nSupport first silicon bring-up, debug, yield enhancement, and test-time optimization, working closely with design and test teams to achieve production readiness.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including IP Design, Applications, DFT, Product Engineering, and Test Engineering across global development sites to ensure successful product delivery.\nYour profile\nQualifications and skills to help you succeed \nMust have minimum 10+ years of experience in ATE test solution development and semiconductor product testing.\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.\nHands-on experience developing multi-site test solutions on Teradyne UltraFLEX, UltraFLEX Plus, and/or Advantest V93K platforms.\nStrong expertise in Digital, Analog, and RF test development.\nProficiency in programming languages such as VB, C, C++, and Java, with automation scripting experience in Perl, Python, and/or MATLAB.\nWorking knowledge of Teradyne IG-XL (Version 9 and above) is preferred.\nExperience using electronic laboratory equipment, including oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, signal generators, power supplies, and source-measure units (SMUs).\nProven ability to lead projects, drive manufacturing improvements, manage change, and implement effective test solutions.\nStrong presentation and communication skills with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts and project objectives.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and cross-functional environment.\nDemonstrated technical leadership, mentoring capabilities, and excellent interpersonal skills.\n#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.\nAs a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
