This role offers the opportunity to drive verification excellence using SystemVerilog, UVM, AMBA protocols, CDC/RDC analysis, and coverage-driven methodologies while collaborating with experienced engineering teams.\nYour role\nKey responsibilities in your new role\nDevelop and execute verification plans for WLAN MAC digital designs and subsystems.\n\nBuild, enhance, and maintain SystemVerilog/UVM based verification environments and testbenches.\nCreate test plans, test cases, verification scenarios, and verification documentation.\nDevelop and integrate Verification IPs (VIPs) for protocols such as AMBA (AXI/AHB/APB) and PCIe.\nDrive functional, code, assertion, and coverage closure activities.\nRun regressions, debug simulation failures, and perform root-cause analysis.\nConduct CDC/RDC verification and support gate-level simulation and sign-off activities.\nCollaborate closely with design, architecture, and software teams to ensure robust verification coverage.\nPresent verification results, quality metrics, and technical reports to stakeholders.\nPerform quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications and verification completeness.\nMentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership on verification methodologies and best practices.\nYour profile\nQualifications and skills to help you succeed \nBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.\n\n8+ years of experience in digital design verification, preferably in wireless communication products.\nStrong hands-on expertise in System Verilog, UVM, and coverage-driven verificationmethodologies.\nProven experience in WLAN MAC verificationand understanding of IEEE 802.11 standards (11n/ac/ax/be).\nStrong knowledge of AMBA protocols, PCIe, and other high-speed interfaces.\nExperience with industry-standard EDA tools from Synopsys, Cadence, or Siemens EDA.\nGood understanding of CDC/RDC analysis, assertion-based verification, and regression management.\nExcellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.\nAbility to work independently, drive projects, and mentor junior engineers.\n#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.\nAs a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
