Drive the the implementation of Automation roadmap and define the mid/long-term Automation roadmap to secure mid/long-term productivity needs.\nYour role\nKey responsibilities in your new role\nPossesses advanced knowledge with >5yrs of experience in Industrial Engineering focusing on P-C-M-A efficiencies improvement & WIP Flow improvement, for respective scope\nLead Test productivity roadmap, and to secure NLOP pipelines to fulfill productivity targets defined in TCR & LTCR.\nConduct in-dept analysis and identify P-C-M-A improvement potential. Driving resolution and accountablility of productivity measures, which include layout, OEE/UPH improvement and waste reduction\nSupport and deploy the yearly segment/site level technical goal/target setting as the input for TCR/LTCR, for respective job scope.\nApply data-driven root cause analysis (VSM, Pareto, Waterfall, or equivalent) to validate improvement decisions and rationalize trade-offs before implementation.\nPosses advanced knowledge of Production Management focusing on 4-P synchronization, and support implementation of defined measures in CTS reduction and Optimization of utilization & cycle time.\nSupport digitalization and automation initiatives (MES, production performance reporting, AI-driven process improvement) and harvest benefits from completed projects.\nDeploy and enforce IE standards for the assigned scope; coach and knowledge-transfer to junior engineers within the team.\nDeploy P-C-M-A efficiency standard within site. Conduct benchmarking exercise to secure additional productivity pipelines \nCollaborate with Cluster IE and BE Site IE to implement Best Practices and Best Known Methods to achieve benchmark performance.\nYour profile\nQualifications and skills to help you succeed \nBachelor's in Industrial / Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering\n5+ years Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering experience\nSemiconductor, OSAT, HDD, or high-volume electronics manufacturing background\nProven ownership of at least one improvement project end-to-end (not only a supporting role).
