You will drive continuous improvement by reducing equipment downtime, implementing corrective actions, managing maintenance operations and personnel, and ensuring compliance with safety, health, environmental, and 5S standards.\nSchedule planned maintenance definition comprehensively to ensure all FOL equipment safe to operate with high availability, good reliability & appropriate quality performance \nResponsible forFOL execution of equipment scheduled maintenance timely\nInvestigate and implement counter-measures to prevent repetitive breakdowns to improve unscheduled downtime \nResponsible overall FOL equipment maintenance systematic, activities and personnel in order to achieve best equipment efficiency and maintenance cost \n Conduct weekly 5S audit on responsible equipment and Maintenance rooms (Maintenance Bay & Kit Room) \nResponsible for FOL Safety, Health and Environment activities including OSHAS 18000 and EMS ISO14000 Audits\nYour profile\nQualifications and skills to help you succeed\nYou strive to drive equipment reliability and operational excellence by leveraging strong maintenance management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement expertise to maximize equipment uptime, efficiency, and cost performance.
