Develop and qualify lead frame materials and designs, driving supplier quality, cost optimization and manufacturing excellence. Work with suppliers and designers to resolve technology and quality issuesand drive continuous improvement programs. Define and update lead frame quality requirementsin collaboration with lead frame designers and the Supplier Quality Management team. Conduct supplier audits and evaluationsand support the documentation of piece-part specifications and regulatory requirements for qualification.
