Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Leadyieldmanagementinitiatives inhigh-volumemanufacturingthroughyieldtrendmonitoring,detractoranalysis,androotcauseidentification.
- Driveyieldimprovementroadmaps byimplementingcorrectiveactionsandtrackingcontinuousperformanceenhancements.
- Actasthekeytechnicalliaison betweenfoundries,designteams,andtesthousestoresolveyieldandmanufacturingchallenges.
- Evaluateprocesssplitperformance usingadvanceddataanalyticstooptimizeprocesstargetsandimproveproductmanufacturability.
- Assessdesign-to-fabsensitivities andproviderecommendationsforprocessandproductoptimization.
- Collaboratewithbusinessunits,projectstakeholders,andsupplychainteams tosupportengineeringtestrequestsandsampledelivery.
- Developautomationsolutionsanddigitaltools tostreamlinetechnicalreporting,dataanalysis,andengineeringworkflows.
- Leverageadvanceddataanalyticsplatformsandyieldengineeringsystems toaccelerateinsights,enhancedecision-making,andsupportdigitaltransformationinitiatives.

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Bachelor’sorMaster’sDegree inEngineering,MaterialsScience,Physics,ComputerEngineering,orarelatedtechnicaldiscipline.
- ProvenexperienceinWaferFabricationIntegration,ProductEngineering,DeviceEngineering,orrelatedsemiconductorengineeringfunctions.
- StrongknowledgeofSemiconductorManufacturingProcesses,withhands-onexperienceinhigh-volumeproductionenvironments.
- Solidunderstandingofyieldimprovement,processoptimization,andproductlifecyclemanagement withinsemiconductorfabrication.
- Excellent Englishcommunicationskills (writtenandverbal),withtheabilitytoeffectivelyengagecross-functionalandglobalteams.
- Demonstratedabilitytoworkcollaborativelyinateam-orientedenvironment andmanagemultiplestakeholders.
- Stronganalyticalandproblem-solvingskills withadata-drivenapproachtoengineeringchallenges.
- Programmingandautomationexperiencepreferred,includingPython,JavaScript,AI/MachineLearningtools,orothersoftwaredevelopmentcapabilitiestosupportdigitalizationandprocessimprovement
