Moderate and drive FMEA reviews and risk assessments for new tool qualifications, process releases, and technology implementations to ensure robust risk mitigation. \nReview and approve quality-related procedures and work instructions to ensure compliance with quality standards, operational requirements, and business objectives. \nDrive continuous quality improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps, enhancing process capability, and implementing sustainable corrective actions. \nCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams, includingTechnology, Production, and Business Division, to achieve quality, reliability, and productivity targets. \nMonitor quality performance indicators, analyze trends, and proactively initiate improvement actions to enhance process robustness and product quality. \nSupport internal and external audits, customer visits, and quality assessments by providing technical expertise and ensuring compliance with applicable quality management systems.\nYour profile\nQualifications and skills to help you succeed\nBachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Physics, Materials Engineering, or an equivalent engineering or scientific discipline. \nMinimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in thesemiconductor wafer fabrication industry. \nStrong knowledge and hands-on experience in the qualification, characterization, and release of Wide Bandgap (WBG) technologies, including Silicon Carbide (SiC) and Gallium Nitride (GaN) processes and equipment. \nProven ability to apply structured problem-solving methodologies and quality tools, including Six Sigma, 8D, 5 Why Analysis, and Failure Modeand Effects Analysis (FMEA).
