The role is responsible for ensuring robust quality control deployment, sustaining production quality performance, managing non-conformance activities, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across assigned modules and packages.\nYour role\nKey responsibilities in your new role\nEnsure effective deployment of control plans and regularly review quality controls for relevance and effectiveness.\n\nDrive line sustaining activities through structured handling of non-conformances, including DDM, MRB, QMR, SCAR, and Red/Yellow Tag management.\n\nAnalyze quality performance and lead improvement initiatives based on internal and external KPIs, SPC analysis, and Cpk monitoring.\n\nModerate and compile 8D reports for internal and external quality complaints.\n\nConduct regular production floor audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings.\n\nReview and maintain quality documentation, including specifications, FMEA, and related procedures, ensuring alignment with operational practices.\n\nSupport in-process quality monitoring during New Product Introduction (Safe Launch) and process change activities (GCM).\n\nParticipate in risk assessments related to internal and external non-conformances and process change projects.\n\nLead End-of-Line (EOL) Production Quality activities and provide technical leadership in continuous quality improvement programs.\n\nYour profile\nQualifications and skills to help you succeed \nLead End-of-Line (EOL) Production Quality activities and provide technical leadership in continuous quality improvement programs.\n\nMinimum 10 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing with strong knowledge of package manufacturing and quality systems.\n\nGood understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and packaging technologies.\n\nStrong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies such as FMEA, 8D, SPC, and Cpk analysis.\n\nProven problem-solving skills with a structured and analytical approach.\n\nKnowledge of reliability assessment methodologies.\n\nFamiliarity with IATF 16949 and/or VDA 6.3 requirements is an added advantage.\n\nStrong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.\n\n#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.\nAs a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
