Bring your expertise in ATE, final test, data analytics, and equipment engineering to help shape a high-performing manufacturing environment.\nYour role\nKey responsibilities in your new role\nOwn overall Test Engineering budget planning, monitoring, and control, including IBIS, MSP, and Automation.\nDefine, monitor, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to budget fulfilment, cost targets, spare parts, and operating supplies inventory, supporting site-level targets for OEE, yield, cycle time, and quality.\nManage spare parts inventory using standardized SAP definitions and min/max inventory parameters.\nCoordinate spare parts ordering in collaboration with the Material Controller.\nManage RMA parts sent to and returned from vendors, ensuring effective status tracking and timely closure.\nServe as the technical contact for vendors, driving equipment and material improvements and resolving technical issues.\nIdentify second-source opportunities and execute qualification activities for alternative parts, equipment, and suppliers.\nDrive new product and equipment ramp-up, including establishing and ensuring production capability and readiness.\nPerform data analysis using appropriate statistical tools to identify trends and deviations, implement corrective actions, and revalidate results.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Product Test Engineering, Test Development, Test Technology & Innovation, Planning, Quality, and Business Units to resolve production technical issues and drive improvements.\nSupport systematic Preventive Maintenance (PM) and ensure compliance with PM requirements to maintain equipment safety, high availability, and reliability.\nDrive continuous improvement projects to enhance overall segment performance in productivity (NLoP) and quality (NLoZD).\nYour profile\nQualifications and skills to help you succeed \nMaster’s or Bachelor’s degree in Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.\nMinimum 5 years of work experience with 3 years of relevant backend test experience within the semiconductor industry.\nStrong knowledge of final test processes, Product Engineering, semiconductor Automatic Test Equipment (ATE), and test handling equipment.\nExperience in budget planning, monitoring, and cost control.\nStrong expertise in data analysis, with the ability to identify improvement opportunities and monitor test cell performance KPIs.\nExperience or knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) will be an added advantage.\nStrong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global and multicultural stakeholders.\n#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.\nAs a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
