business value.\nYour role\nKey responsibilities in your new role\nData Engineering & Architecture\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines, data models, and data products supporting Quality and Manufacturing use cases. \nCollect, integrate, process, and transform structured and unstructured data from manufacturing systems, testing platforms, quality databases, customer feedback systems, and enterprise applications. \nEnsure data reliability, availability, scalability, and performance across quality-related analytics solutions. \nSupport data governance, master data management, data lineage, and data quality initiatives across the organisation.\nArtificial Intelligence & Advanced Analytics\nDevelop, deploy, and monitor machine learning, predictive analytics, and AI models to improve quality performance and operational efficiency.\nApply advanced statistical analysis and AI techniques to identify trends, anomalies, root causes, and predictive quality risks. \nParticipate in AI experimentation, proof-of-concepts, and innovation initiatives aligned with business priorities. \nCollect, integrate, process, and transform structured and unstructured data from manufacturing systems, testing platforms, quality databases, customer feedback systems, and enterprise applications. \nEnsure responsible and compliant use of AI solutions according to corporate governance and data privacy requirements.\nBusinessIntelligence & Reporting\nDevelop and maintain interactive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and self-service analytics solutions using Power BI and other visualisation tools. \nTranslate business requirements into meaningful metrics and data-driven insights. \nCreate executive-level reports and visualisations to support operational and strategic decision-making.\n·Define and monitor quality performance indicators and continuous improvement metrics. \nEnsure responsible and compliant use of AI solutions according to corporate governance and data privacy requirements.\nCollaboration & Business Partnership\nPartner with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Digitalisation teams to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements. \nLead workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders to define analytics and AI use cases. \nPromote knowledge sharing and contribute actively to internal data and AI roadmaps and strategic data initiatives\nYour profile\nQualifications and skills to help you succeed \nEducation\nMaster's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.\nProfessional Experience\nOne till two years of experience strongly preferred in Data Engineering, Data Science, AI, Business Intelligence, or Advanced Analytics. .\nExperience in semiconductor, manufacturing, quality management, or industrial environments is preferred. \nExperience delivering end-to-end data and analytics solutions from data ingestion through business consumption.\nTechnical Skills\nStrong programming skills in Python and SQL. \nExperience with data engineering frameworks, ETL/ELT processes, and modern data architectures. \nKnowledge of cloud-based analytics platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud. \nExperience with Power BI and enterprise reporting solutions. \nExperience developing, deploying, and monitoring machine learning models. \nUnderstanding of MLOps, DataOps, CI/CD, and software development best practices. \nFamiliarity with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI integration patterns is an advantage. \nStrong understanding of database technologies, data warehousing, and data modelling concepts. \nBusiness & Leadership Competencies\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. \nAbility to translate business challenges into scalable data and AI solutions. \nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills. \nExperience consulting with business functions and influencing decision-making through data. \nStrong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. \nContinuous learning mindset with a passion for innovation and digital transformation. \nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. \nPreferred Competencies\nKnowledge of Quality Management systems and methodologies such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control, and FMEA. \nExperience with manufacturing execution systems (MES), test systems, or semiconductor data environments.
