Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Equipment Operation: Proficiency in operating and maintainingautomated assembly equipment, pick-and-place machines, or wafer processing tools
• Assembly Techniques: Experience with micro-assembly, die bonding, wire bonding, and encapsulation
• Documentation: Ability to compile and maintainproduction logs, test results, and reports using Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or software like Excel
• Technical Reading: Proficient in interpreting blueprints, schematics, and Work Instructions (WI)
• Employment in this position is subject to successfully obtaining NCIC(National Crime Information Center) background clearance and Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT) authorization

Your profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• 3-5 yearsof direct experience in a semiconductor manufacturing or high-tech assembly environment
• Technical Proficiency: Extensive knowledgeof assembly machinery (e.g., wire bonders, die attach machines), cleanroom protocols (ISO Class 1-8),and electrostatic discharge (ESD) prevention
• Leadership Ability: Capable of guiding, training, and mentoring new team members, apprentices, or trainees
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to debug and troubleshootfailed electronic components, assemblies, and systems using test equipment and schematics
• Quality Focused: High attention to detail, capable of performing visual inspections under microscopes, and familiar with Lean/Six Sigma principles
• Autonomy: Comfortable working with amoderate degree of supervision, often managing their own workflow to meet production targets
• Abilityto lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
• Prolonged standing and walking throughout the workday
• Shifts:

2:30pm -11pm Friday-Tuesday

Salary pay information:

US$ 49,800 - US$ 68,400

In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
