Are you in?\nYour role\nKey responsibilities in your new role\nEquipment Operation: Proficiency in operating and maintainingautomated assembly equipment, pick-and-place machines, or wafer processing tools\nAssembly Techniques: Experience with micro-assembly, die bonding, wire bonding, and encapsulation\nDocumentation: Ability to compile and maintainproduction logs, test results, and reports using Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or software like Excel\nTechnical Reading: Proficient in interpreting blueprints, schematics, and Work Instructions (WI)\nEmployment in this position is subject to successfully obtaining NCIC(National Crime Information Center) background clearance and Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT) authorization\nAt Infineon Technologies, we value diversity and inclusion, recognizing the unique contributions of each team member in driving innovation and success.
