The ideal candidate will combine strong technical problem-solving skills with cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality, scalable test solutions for volume manufacturing.\nYour role\nKey responsibilities in your new role\nShould have strong knowledge of semiconductor device fundamentals, including analog/digital circuits and circuit theory, to support product test development and validation.\nUtilize expertise in Design for Test (DFT) methodologies, including ATPG, PMU blocks, BUCLK, LDOs, and trimming techniques.\nDevelop and execute semiconductor test solutions using Teradyne UltraFLEX-RF platforms; experience with UltraFLEX+ is an added advantage.\nCreate, debug, and optimize ATE test programs, while troubleshooting hardware- and software-related test issues.\nProvide technical support and test engineering expertise to internal teams, manufacturing partners, and customers.\nDevelop automation and test solutions using programming and scripting languages such as Perl, Python, C, C++, Java, and Visual Basic.\nDevelop and debug characterization and production test programs for SoC connectivity products, including Digital, Mixed-Signal, PMU, NVM, and RF blocks.\nCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams including IP Design, Applications, DFT, Product Engineering, and Test Engineering to ensure smooth product development and production release.\nLeverage UNIX/Linux environments, shell scripting, and command-line tools for test automation, debugging, and workflow optimization.\nDemonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills while working in a global engineering environment.\nYour profile\nQualifications and skills to help you succeed \nDevelop and document comprehensive test plans and validation strategies for next-generation IoT products.\nDesign, develop, and debug ATE hardware and software solutions for production and reliability testing.\nPerform silicon bring-up, characterization, and debugging on Automated Test Equipment (ATE) platforms.\nDeliver high-quality, cost-effective test solutions to support high-volume manufacturing.\nCoordinate and oversee test-related hardware and software activities with both internal teams and external test houses.\nDevelop, optimize, and release production test programs for offshore manufacturing and production sites.\nDrive continuous improvements in test coverage, yield, quality, and manufacturing efficiency.\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), or a related discipline.\nStrong team player with a proactive approach and passion for continuous learning and innovation.\nQuick learner with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nOpen-minded, transparent, and collaborative in approach.\nEffective communicator with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.\nDemonstrates ownership, accountability, and a results-driven mindset.\n#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.\nAs a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
