Working closely with system\narchitects, layout engineers, verification specialists, and product engineers,\nyou will help bring innovative semiconductor products from concept to silicon.\nYour role\nKey responsibilities in your new role\nDesign and develop analog and mixed-signal circuitblocks, taking them from concept and architecture definition through implementation to silicon validation.\n\nOwn block-level development,including verification, reliability analysis, performance optimization, and\ntechnical documentation. \n\nCollaborate with layout and cross-functional teams toensure successful integration and robust implementation. \n\nSupportfirst-silicon bring-up,characterization, debugging, and correlation of simulation and measurement\nresults. \n\nDrive product support activities throughout development, qualification, ramp-up, and production phases. \nContribute to design methodology improvements and knowledge sharing within the team.\nYour profile\nQualifications and skills to help you succeed \nMaster’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics or Physics with at least 3 years of experiencein analog or analog/mixed-signal IC design.\n\nStrong understanding of semiconductor devicephysics, analog circuit design principles, CMOS technologies, mismatch\neffects, noise mechanisms, stability analysis, and reliability\nconsiderations.\n\nExperience designing analog circuit blocks such asamplifiers, operational amplifiers, voltage and current references, bias circuits,\ncomparators, oscillators, power management circuits, or data converter support\nblocks. \n\nProficiency with industry-standard EDA tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, and related simulation environments. \nUnderstanding analog layout methodologies,parasitic effects, and their impact on circuit performance;\nexperience with silicon validation, debug activitiesand lab characterization is an\nadvantage. \n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills; programming or scripting experience (e.g., Python, SKILL, MATLAB) or similar environments is beneficial.\nGood communication skills in English.
