Build the future nobody’s dreamed of yet...\nAre you ready to rethink the impossible?\nAs a Staff Engineer Design on our Research & Development team, you'll have the opportunity to merge creativity with your\ntechnical expertise by shaping the future of technology, driving groundbreaking projects, and bringing new ideas to life.\nAre you in?\nIn your new role you will:\nDesign analog and mixed-signal system blocks of DC-DC converter power stages and POL ICs including POR, Bandgap, LDO, Oscillators, drivers,current sensing, test modes etc.\nAssist in defining the requirements for analog and mixed-signal blocks, aligning them with IP Module architecture, and ensuringcompliance with requirements through documentation.\nProvide essential support to physical design engineers, post-silicon validation, production testing, and other critical activities extending beyond the design phase.\nCommunicates with cross functional/inter disciplinary team as needed to make sure the team is aware of the assumptions and progress made by the design team.\nBalance innovation with execution: to ensure that the projects aredelivered in a timely manner.\nYou are best equipped for this task if you have:\nA Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, microelectronics, or comparable with a focus on electronics.\n5+ years of experience in Analog IC design with a proven track record of delivering high-performance DC-DC converter Power IC solutions.\nGood Analytical skills and a very good understanding of Analog Design, like biasing, small signal and large signal analysis.\nProficiency with industry-standard design verification and simulation tools.\nUnderstanding of process technologies and device behaviour, which are important for high voltage, high power operation and reliability issues.\n#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.\nAs a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
