Are you in?\nYour role\nKey responsibilities in your new role\nIn this role, you willmanage and coordinate sample orders from planning through delivery, working closely with requestors and cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution, clear communication, and successful fulfillment of customer requirements. You will drive operational excellence by resolving production issues, optimizing WIP and logistics performance, supporting new product capabilities, monitoring key KPIs, and leading expedited builds to achieve cycle time, OTD, quality, and revenue targets.\nClose communicate with requestor to understand order requirement and drive sample operation to meet their needs\nSamples order processing and control (planning, execution, status update, delivery and provide early warning) and coordinate toensure smooth assembly run according to order requirement in timely decision-making manner\nLiaise with technical expert for new assembly and test capabilities/process\nHighlighting & working with technical team to overcome issues encounter during production with ownership of the topic\nContinuously strive for logistic (CT & OTD fulfilment), quality performance improvement and ES revenue with goal to achieve ambitious target\nMonitor SPO on time closure in FEBES\nMonitor and maintain SAMP WIP at minimum level\nLead & supervise with SPO technicians to deliver the defined KPIs & support Engineer to assess feasibility / processability of a sample request in both logistical and technical views\nTo be able to plan into TCR for resources base on ESFC (Material, Equipment and Manpower)\nGenerate reports such as ES cost recovery, ES CT, OTD and perform gap analysis for further improvement\nDrive, lead, coordinate, and close follow up on Rocket /SuperFast E2E lots to meet Target FFr, dateline as per requirement by requestor\nYour profile\nQualifications and skills to help you succeed\nYou strive to leverage strong expertise insemiconductor operations, production planning, and engineering sample management to coordinate complex activities, optimize logistics, and ensure timely delivery of customer requirements.
