As Staff Engineer for GaN Technology Development,\nyou'll have the opportunity to merge creativity with your technical expertise\nby shaping the future of technology, driving groundbreaking projects, and\nbringing new ideas to life.\nAre you in?\nYour role\nKey responsibilities in your new role\nIn this role, you will join a\nworld-class GaN technology development team with a global footprint-shaping\nnext-generation GaN power platforms that make power conversion more efficient,\nsmaller, and more sustainable, and turning leading-edge innovation into real\nproducts that reduce energy loss across applications.\nAdvance\ntoday’sGaN technology nodes and develop next-generation GaN power\nplatforms\n\nOwn key process blocks end-to-end - drive proof of\nconcept, initial setup, optimization, stability, and measurable performance\ngains\n\nDefine, establish, and maintain\nthe Process of Record (POR) to\nensure robust, scalable manufacturing\n\nPlan and run experiments using DOE methodologies,then execute, analyze and document the results\n\nPerform statistical analysis and derive actionableconclusions\n\nSupport root-causeinvestigations for stability and reliability issues\n\nYour profile\nQualifications and skills to help you succeed \nTechnical university degree (master or PhD) in\nElectrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, Materials Science or similar\n\n3+ years of relevant industry\nexperience, ideally in technology development, process integration, power\nsemiconductors or wide-bandgap technologies\n\nSolid understanding of semiconductor device\nphysics (experience with GaN and HEMT structures is a strong plus)\n\nExperience inDOE and statistical analysis\nA structured, analytical problem-solving approachand ownership mindset \n\n Fluent English; German (or motivationto learn) is an advantage\n\nWe offer competitive\nsalaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and\nqualification.
