This role offers the opportunity to work across product development, qualification, and high-volume manufacturing while leading initiatives that directly impact product quality, cost, and customer satisfaction.\nYour role\nKey responsibilities in your new role\nInvestigate and resolve production failures using advanced laboratory tools and bench equipment to improve yield and product quality.\n\nDrive manufacturing cost-reduction initiatives through test time optimization, yield improvement, fab site qualification, and manufacturing transfer projects.\nPerform comprehensive customer return and failure analysis, delivering detailed reports and corrective action recommendations.\nSupport new sales opportunities by bringing up and qualifying product derivatives from existing product portfolios.\nDevelop and implement test program enhancements to improve product performance, quality, and manufacturing efficiency.\nExecute product characterization plans and analyze silicon performance data to ensure compliance with product specifications.\nDrive reliability qualification activities and perform ATE-to-bench correlation for product validation.\nLead root-cause investigations using statistical analysis and data-driven methodologies.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Test, Quality, Reliability, and Manufacturing Engineering to achieve business objectives.\nInfluence stakeholders and provide technical leadership to resolve complex product and manufacturing challenges.\nYour profile\nQualifications and skills to help you succeed \nBachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.\n\n5-8 years of experience in Product Engineering, Test Engineering, Semiconductor Manufacturing, or a related discipline.\nStrong understanding of RF and Analog Mixed-Signal architectures, circuit operation, and performance characterization.\nHands-on experience in semiconductor device characterization, reliability qualification, ATE-to-bench correlation, and electrical failure analysis.\nProven expertise in data analysis, root-cause investigation, statistical methods, and yield improvement techniques.\nStrong problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to deliver impactful technical solutions and manufacturing improvements.\nExperience working with laboratory and characterization equipment in semiconductor environments.\nSelf-driven individual with the ability to independently manage priorities and drive initiatives to completion.\nExcellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while effectively collaborating across global and cross-functional teams.\n#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.\nAs a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
