Your independent,\nstructured approach helps you deliver consistently high-quality results while\nkeeping sight of the bigger picture - even in complex situations.\nQualifications and skills to help you succeed \nA higher technical school (HTL) or\nuniversity degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or Computer Science\n\nSound knowledge of semiconductor\nprocess technology,\nsemiconductor physics and MOSFET electrical behavior\n\nRelevant professional experience in planar\nCMOS design and/or vertical MOS design\n\nGood knowledge of the flow from\ndesign to reticle\n\nSound programming skills, an interest in\nscripting languages such as Python or SKILL, and familiarity with Unix\nenvironments\n\nExperience in power MOSFET or analog/mixed-signal\nlayout design using EDA tools such as Cadence\n\nFamiliarity with electrical characterization techniques,\nincluding prober stations, is an advantage\n\nFluency in English and German\n\nWe offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your\nperformance, experience and qualification.
