Working closely with customers and internal teams, you will deliver expert product-level design-in support and 3rd-level technical assistance for high-efficiency, high-power-density solutions in AI server rack power supplies, battery backup systems, peak shaving units and other demanding AI-driven applications.\nThis is a unique opportunity to contribute directly to next-generation power systems that address the rapidly growing energy needs of artificial intelligence.\n\nKey responsibilities in your new role\nLead product innovationby developing high quality application notes, designing technical marketing materials, and supporting global roadshows during New Product Introductions (NPIs).\nAct as a trusted technical partner to customers, providing expert guidance throughout the qualification process, enabling successful design-ins, troubleshooting complex technical issues, identifying root causes from a product perspective and proposing effective countermeasures.\nDesign, build and deliverinnovative customer evaluation demo boards and kits, including full hardware setup systems. Conduct in-depth testing, competitive benchmarking, internal verification and customer validation of prototypes.\nActively contribute to Go-to-Market (G2M) initiativesby delivering technical product trainings to global internal teams (e.g. Field Application Engineers) and external partners, while representing the company at conferences and workshops to promote the right-fit product solutions.\nYour profile\nQualifications and skills to help you succeed \n·University degree in Electrical Engineering, with a specialization in Power Electronics\npreferred.\n·7+ years of relevant experience as an Application\nEngineer or Field Application Engineer in the semiconductor industry, ideally with exposure to AI server power supply applications.\n· Deep technical expertise in power semiconductor\ntechnologies (Si, SiC, GaN devices and discrete power packages) and power conversion topologies, including AC/DC, DC/DC, and DC/AC applications (bridge/bridgeless PFC, LLC, DAB, Buck, Boost and related topologies).\n· Strong familiarity with power electronics solutions\nfor AI Data Centers, PV systems, EV\nchargers, UPS, Energy Storage Systems (ESS) and Solid-State Circuit Breakers\n(SSCB), particularly in topology selection and power device choice.\n·Customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for\nworking directly with clients, including\nregular international travel. Proven ability to understand customer needs,\nprovide expert technical guidance, and resolve complex application challenges.\n· Hands-on experience in hardware design, development\nand testing, including circuit simulation\n(SPICE), PCB layout (Altium or Cadence), prototyping, and lab/real-world\napplication testing.\n·Excellent communication skills in both English and\nChinese.
