Knowledge of digital multi-phase controllers and power-stage\nproducts a plus\n\nFundamental understanding of product design implementation and NPI milestones\n\nKnowledge of silicon product manufacturing\nprocess, including wafer fabrication, wafer probe testing, device assembly, and\nfinal electrical testing as they pertain to meeting datasheet specifications,\nyields, and PPM\n\nKnowledge of package and device level reliability\nstresses and the associated failures\n\nAbility to understand application conditions and datasheet\nspecifications and how they are related to the automated test program\n\nExperience with Silicon.da, Galaxy Examinator and/or JMP data analysis tools\n\nExperience with V93K, Teradyne (Eagle) ETS and/or J750 test platforms is preferred\n\nGood coding skills and experience with AI tools are\npreferred\n\nExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written\ncommunication skills\n\nInfineon Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
