The successful candidate will collaborate\nwith cross-functional teams, support change management initiatives, and\ncontribute to the successful implementation of global business projects.\nYour role\nKey responsibilities in your new role\nAct as the Business Master Data Lead and primary point ofcontact for all Master Data activities within the SAP S/4HANA\ntransformation program.\n\nPlan, coordinate, and manage Master Data project activities, includingstrategy development, risk management, testing, and implementation.\n\nDrive change management, communication, and training initiativesto support project adoption and business readiness.\n\nManage and maintain master data used across production, business operations, orderprocessing, and project execution.\n\nEnsure data accuracy and consistency through regular updates, errorresolution, and archival of obsolete records.\n\nEstablish and maintain data governance practices to ensurehigh levels of data quality and integrity.\n\nDevelop a strong understanding of product specifications,manufacturing processes, and business requirements to support data management\nactivities.\n\nProvide coaching, guidance, and knowledge-sharing to strengthenteam capabilities and support continuous improvement.\n\nSupport global and business-driven projects related toMaster Data management and process optimization.\n\nUnderstand supply chain and logistics requirements across front-end andback-end manufacturing operations.\n\nAnalyze product, material, and logistics data to supportefficient supply chain execution and business decision-making.\n\nContribute to the design, enhancement, and continuous improvement of MasterData systems, processes, and architecture.\n\nYour profile\nQualifications and skills to help you succeed\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Supply ChainManagement, Logistics, or a related discipline. \n\nMinimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably insupply chain operations, project management, or Master Data management. \n\nGood understanding of supply chain processes and manufacturingsystems, preferably within the semiconductor industry. \n\nExperience with SAP ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4HANA, willbe an advantage. \n\nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. \nGood communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engagestakeholders at various levels. \n\nExperience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.\nHighly organized, detail-oriented, and structured in approach. \nStrong team player with a collaborative mindset and a continuousimprovement focus.\n\n#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.\nAs a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
