Provide guidance, coaching, and advisory support to HR Business Partners and Senior Business Leaders\nCollaborate with key stakeholders to identify development gaps and propose actionable development interventions.\nYour profile\nQualifications and skills to help you succeed \nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field\n5+ Years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Talent Management, with a good working knowledge of current HR practices and trends\nPossession of a certification in psychometric assessments is a strong added advantage\nProven track record of designing and delivering successful intervention programs that drive measurable outcomes\nProficiency in Microsoft 365 (M365) and AI-assisted tools like Copilot\nStrong experience with virtual engagement and collaboration platforms\nAbility to present data, concepts, and strategies visually and clearly\nProficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken) is mandatory\nAbility to articulate complex ideas and issues clearly and visually to diverse stakeholders\nStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. Demonstrates a positive attitude towards critique and feedback, using it to build and improve solutions\nAdept at working independently with minimal supervision while maintaining the ability to thrive in a global team environment.
