Strong organizational skills, a solid grasp of the Talent\nDevelopment portfolio, and the ability to engage effectively with business\nstakeholders are essential for success in this role.\nAre you in?\nYour role\nKey responsibilities in your new role\n Stakeholder Engagement & Portfolio Awareness Engage with business stakeholders to discuss and promote the Talent Development (TD) portfolio. \nDemonstrate a strong understanding of TD offerings and initiatives. \n\n High Potential Talent Program Support the development of high-potential employees by assisting in the planning and execution of program events and activities at the Ahmedabad site. \nCollaborate with the TD lead to coordinate talent reviews and ensure completion of Individual Development Plans (IDPs). \n\nTalent Development Events Assist in organizing TD events, including scheduling, communications, and logistics. Design and distribute newsletters to promote site-wide TD initiatives. \n\nNew Hire Orientation & Intern Induction Partner with the TD lead to plan and facilitate engaging orientation sessions for new hires, apprentices, and interns. \nConfidently present the TD portfolio and manage event logistics, including the Apprentice and Intern Launch Pad. \n\nWorkshop Facilitation Organize and confidently facilitate learning workshops and development sessions for employees at the Ahmedabad site. \n\nHR TD Operational Support Create and manage purchase requests for TD-related activities using the designated procurement tool., vendor invoices validation, purchase order. \nHR Dashboards & Reporting including the ability to generate reports using Excel and the Infineon HR Dashboard tool to track training data and program outcomes. Maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators and share insights for continuous improvement. \nCoordinate with facilities team to training room set up, IT set up, internal & external. Post training feedback follow up and analysis. \n\nAdditional Responsibilities Take on other training and development tasks as assigned during the course of the assignment. \n\nYour profile\nQualifications and skills to help you succeed \nEducational Background\nA postgraduate qualification or certification in HR\nor Talent Development is a plus.\n\nExperience & Exposure\n2-4 years of experience in HR, Learning &\nDevelopment, or Talent Management roles. Prior experience in organizing\nemployee development programs or onboarding initiatives is highly desirable.\n\nGood presentation and facilitation skills with the\nability to confidently lead orientation sessions, workshops, and stakeholder\nmeetings. Excellent verbal and written communication in English.\n\nProven ability to manage multiple events and\nprograms simultaneously, with attention to detail and strong time management.\n\nAbility to build relationships and collaborate\neffectively with internal stakeholders across functions and levels.\n\nComfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Excel,\nPowerPoint, Outlook) and HR systems or dashboards. Experience with data\nreporting and visualizationtools is a plus. Fair experience using learning\nmanagement systems.\n\nAbility to create engaging newsletters, event\ncommunications, and promotional content to drive participation and awareness.\n\nSelf-starter with a proactive mindset, eager to\nlearn and contribute to a dynamic team environment.
