From single features to complete applications, thinking in full flows and journeys, not isolated screens\nTranslate findings, user needs, requirements and demands into clear design solutions: user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes and interaction patterns, and high-fidelity UI designs\nApply strong visual design craft: typography, hierarchy, spacing, layout, composition and color, together with accessibility and inclusive-design principles\nWork confidently with our enterprise design system and help evolve it: recognize when existing patterns don't solve the problem and contribute reusable improvements\nLook beyond the brief: understand the problem behind a request, constructively challenge assumptions or ideas when evidence or UX principles point to a better approach, and develop your own solution rather than simply executing instructions\nExplore design alternatives and form a clear point of view: recommend the solution you believe works best rather than simply presenting options, and explain the rationale behind your decisions\nWork as part of a cross-functional team, collaborating openly with UX researchers, product managers, developers and fellow designers, and integrating feedback, research findings, analytics/data and critique throughout the design process. Explore new tools and ways of working, including AI-assisted design, with curiosity and clear intent\nYour profile\nQualifications and skills to help you succeed \n Professional experience in UX/UI, visual or product design, two to five years; a relevant degree (Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Product Design, Information Design, or a related discipline) is welcome, but a strong portfolio can take its place. Bonus points for experience in B2B, enterprise software, industrial, semiconductor, engineering, or another complex digital environment\nA portfolio that shows both the quality of your final designs and your thinking: user flows, wireframes, prototypes, polished interfaces and the reasoning behind your decisions\nA strong eye for visual quality and a reliable, confident approach to typography, hierarchy, spacing, layout, composition, and color\nSound understanding of UX and interaction-design principles, with experience designing responsive/adaptive experiences and complete user journeys rather than single screens\nProficiency with Figma or comparable design and prototyping tools, and experience working with component-based design or design systems\nExperience working in cross-functional teams and using research findings and analytics/data to inform decisions.
