This role will primarily focus on Workato development, Jira customizations, scripting, and process automation, while contributing to the team's growing work building new internal systems. By integrating diverse platforms and enhancing workflows, the team drives operational efficiency across multiple departments. We prioritize continuous innovation to ensure seamless system integration, reducing manual tasks while maximizing overall impact.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop and maintain automation workflows using Workato to integrate business systems\nHelp build and extend internal information systems using modern AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor), turning business needs into working tools alongside the team\nCustomize and develop Jira solutions, including scripting, workflow optimization, and REST API integrations\nDesign and implement process automation across multiple platforms (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Confluence, Agile)\nTroubleshoot and enhance existing automations and systems to improve efficiency and reliability\nCollaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and convert them into actionable technical solutions\nWrite clean, maintainable code using Python, JavaScript, or other relevant scripting languages\nAdditionally help support Domo/BI development (~20% capacity), assisting with ETLs, data connections, and dashboards, to help manage current team workloadDocument automation processes and systems thoroughly to ensure knowledge sharing and scalability\nRequirements\nProficiency in programming (Python preferred; other languages acceptable)\nExperience working with REST APIs for data exchange between systems\nInterest and some experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, or similar) to help build software\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of business logic\nA genuine willingness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies\nExcellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders\nOpenness to picking up BI/dashboarding tools (e.g., Domo).\nPreferred Qualifications-\nExperience with Jira development (e.g., Groovy scripting, workflow automation)\nPrior experience working with information systems (e.g., Jira, SFDC, NetSuite)\nExperience building an application or internal tool from scratch, even a small one\nFamiliarity with cloud-based and on-prem automation and integration tools\nFamiliarity with BI/dashboarding tools (Domo, Power BI, Tableau, or similar)\nA Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience\nAbout Infinidat\nInfinidat’s enterprise storage portfolio provides global Fortune 500 enterprises and service providers with best-in-class solutions for primary storage, next-generation data protection, disaster recovery, business continuity, and cyber resilience.
