The role translates agreed objectives and tech roadmaps into practical delivery plans, aligns cross-functional teams, manages dependencies and drives readiness, engagement and adoption.\nThis is a hands-on implementation and change leadership role. The successful candidate will guide teams through piloting, testing, training, communications, rollout and post-launch stabilization, while actively leading the change journey. They will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors and change colleagues to ensure that new tools and ways of working are understood, embraced and effectively embedded in day-to-day operations.\nSuccess is measured not simply by delivering against a plan, but by the quality of the implementation experience, the level of user adoption and the value realized by the business.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nDrive implementation delivery across the Publishers\nMaintain a clear understanding of the business process, objectives, scope and intended outcomes for each implementation.\n\nPromote harmonized processes and supporting tools across publishers while accommodating justified local differences (80-20 principle).\n\nOwn the end-to-end implementation of approved technology solutions, translating agreed objectives, scope and requirements into clear delivery plans.\n\nBreak implementation activities into manageable increments, milestones and releases, enabling progress, feedback and early issue resolution.\n\nCoordinate business, technology, vendor and local publisher workstreams to maintain momentum and deliver coherent implementations.\n\nAdapt sequencing and implementation plans as priorities, risks and user feedback evolve.\n\nLead change management and user adoption\nMake change management and adoption an integral part of implementation planning from the outset.\n\nDevelop and coordinate change and adoption plans covering stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness, rollout and reinforcement.\n\nWork closely with Business representatives in the publishing groups to ensure that impacted groups are informed, prepared and supported.\n\nIdentify stakeholder concerns, sources of resistance and adoption barriers, and define targeted actions to address them.\n\nInvolve users and subject-matter experts through implementation through workshops, demonstrations, pilots, testing and structured feedback loops.\n\nEnsure that training, guidance, support materials and new ways of working are practical, accessible and aligned with user needs.\n\nSupport local publishers in adapting implementation activities to their specific context while maintaining alignment with agreed standards.\n\nTrack adoption, usage, user sentiment and implementation feedback, ensuring insights are translated into concrete actions.\n\nCoordinate hypercare and post-launch support, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and lessons are incorporated into further improvements.\n\nLead the transition from implementation to business-as-usual, with continuous improvement mechanisms.\n\nEnable collaboration, transparency and continuous improvement\nBring cross-functional teams together around shared implementation objectives, clear ownership and measurable outcomes.\n\nEstablish lightweight delivery governance, including regular team check-ins, stakeholder updates, dependency management and decision-making forums.\n\nCommunicate progress, risks, issues, adoption readiness and trade-offs clearly to project stakeholders and the Steering Committee.\n\nIdentify resource constraints and delivery risks early, driving mitigation actions through to resolution.\n\nCapture lessons learned from pilots, releases and rollouts, and use them to improve solutions and implementation practices.\n\nEncourage a culture of feedback, accountability and continuous improvement across delivery teams and local publishers.\n\nWHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE\nSuccessful implementation: approved solutions are delivered through well-coordinated releases, with clear ownership, controlled risks and effective transition into business-as-usual.\n\nStrong adoption and user experience: users are informed, prepared and supported, with a target of at least 80% active usage by day 60 and a measurable improvement in user NPS.\n\nEffective change management: communications, training, readiness and reinforcement activities are tailored to impacted groups and delivered at the right time.\n\nMeasurable business impact: adoption, usage, efficiency gains and benefit realization are tracked, communicated and used to guide further improvements.\n\nAligned, empowered teams: business, technology, vendors and local publishers collaborate effectively around shared goals, with clear ownership and timely decisions.\n\nProactive risk and dependency management: blockers and adoption barriers are surfaced early, trade-offs are made transparently and mitigation actions are driven to resolution.\n\nContinuous learning and improvement: feedback from users and implementation teams informs subsequent releases, support activities and enhancements.\n\nA positive change experience: stakeholders and end users feel involved, informed and supported throughout the implementation journey.\n\nRequirements\nREQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS\n7+ years of experience managing technology implementations, digital transformation initiatives or business change projects.\n\nDemonstrated experience leading implementation and adoption activities across business, technology and external vendor teams.\n\nExperience with Agile or hybrid delivery approaches, including incremental planning, release management, prioritization and continuous improvement.\n\nChange management experience, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness assessment, resistance management and post-launch reinforcement.\n\nAbility to translate agreed business objectives into actionable plans, priorities, test scenarios, acceptance criteria and measurable outcomes.\n\nStrong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to bring diverse stakeholders together, navigate competing priorities and drive decisions.\n\nExcellent written communication skills, particularly in concise, outcome-oriented status reporting, risk communication and executive updates.\n\nComfort operating in ambiguous and evolving implementation environments, balancing structure and accountability with flexibility and pragmatism.\n\nA value-driven mindset, with the ability to connect implementation and adoption activities to tangible business outcomes.\n\nA continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on feedback, learning, practical problem-solving and sustainable adoption.\n\nRELEVANT DOMAIN EXPERIENCE\nHands-on experience in one or more of the following domains is strongly preferred:\nEdTech and learning platforms: implementing education technology or learning solutions, with an understanding of educators, learners and institutional customers.\n\nPublishing and content production: implementing or improving editorial workflows, production processes, content lifecycle management or content operations.\n\nContent management and structured content: implementing or migrating CMS platforms, digital asset management solutions or structured and component-based content models.\n\nAI-enabled business solutions: implementing AI tools or capabilities in live workflows, including user enablement, responsible adoption and change management.\n\nTransactional and order-to-cash processes: implementing solutions across order management, fulfillment and payment processing, with an understanding of end-to-end processes and cross-functional handoffs.\n\nHOW WE WORK\nWe value people who combine implementation discipline with an agile mindset: those who can create enough structure to keep teams aligned while remaining flexible enough to respond to new information.\nYou are comfortable working from agreed priorities and requirements, making implementation progress visible, involving users early and helping teams focus on outcomes rather than activity. You bring energy and pragmatism to complex environments, actively remove blockers and help stakeholders navigate the practical impact of change.\nYou do not simply track delivery from the sidelines. You engage with the substance of the implementation, help teams make better decisions and take ownership of ensuring that technology investments become solutions people understand, adopt and use effectively.","description_format":"text","description_chars":8715,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":7,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":["Continuous learning"],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":[],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-11-02T21:16:06Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":86,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.86,"p_room":1,"age_days":0,"expected_fill_days":29,"reasons":["conf:4","win:early"],"computed_at":"2026-11-03T05:54:40Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/infinitas-learning-project-manager-implementation-manager","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/infinitas-learning-project-manager-implementation-manager.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-11-04T06:19:51Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":9869,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-11-05T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":682901},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=682901"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Finfinitas-learning-project-manager-implementation-manager"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Finfinitas-learning-project-manager-implementation-manager"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Finfinitas-learning-project-manager-implementation-manager"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/infinitas-learning-project-manager-implementation-manager\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Finfinitas-learning-project-manager-implementation-manager"}],"agent":{"mcp":"https://alion.io/mcp/jobs","mcp_open":"https://alion.io/mcp/open","next":[{"tool":"get_job","arguments":{"id":3638998}},{"tool":"search_jobs","arguments":{"company":"infinitaslearning.com","detail":"compact"}},{"tool":"match_people","arguments":{"job_id":3638998},"note":"people open to offers who fit this vacancy"}],"note":"The same data through MCP tools: https://alion.io/mcp/open needs no sign-in (compact searches, postings, people); https://alion.io/mcp with an Alion account has everything.
