Working with other members of the Technical Operations team, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of our Azure & Windows Servers environments. The ideal candidate will be capable of analyzing and solving complex production issues and performing root cause analysis.\nThis position is responsible for the technical operations of the FCRM (Financial Crime Risk Management) product suite, which supports our financial client’s access to effectively perform their jobs, run their bank, make critical business decisions, update OFAC, and be alerted when wire frauds and financial crimes occur.\nWhat you will do:\nAccountable for driving production incidents to resolution, by analyzing and coordinating with the required parties and always acting as the owner and leader of the situation \nDiscuss technical issues with business analysts and developers \nBuild and optimize SQL and Splunk queries to run large databases efficiently \nAnalyze network issues, understand the flows and dependencies, and discuss it with the Network engineers \nInstall, configure, and maintain Azure based cloud as well as Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) environments \nPerform Root Cause Analysis \nParticipate in application performance testing and troubleshooting across whole software and hardware stack \nPerform technical evaluation of the defects and understand the impact of changes across the application \nOperate effectively, and with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and escalate issues effectively \nDiscuss aspects of the design with architects, team leads, and business analysts to check understanding and raise concerns \nWork on a rotational on-call basis\nExperience you will need to have: \n5+ years of experience supporting Windows based environments\n5+ years of experience with Microsoft Server 2012 & higher and Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS)\n3+ years of experience working with cloud-based architectures: Azure, AWS, TKGI\n3+ years of experience using monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana or similar \nExcellent communication skills - leading meetings and troubleshooting sessions\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills \nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields\nExperience that would be great to have: \nCertified Azure Administrator AZ-104 or Azure Fundamentals\nKnowledge of CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) processes \nExperience with Harness or Nexus\nAutomation and scripting proficiency (SQL Optimization, scheduled jobs, Splunk) \nExperience working in the financial services or banking industry \nAbility to multi-task;
