business requirements into scalable and maintainable business rules.\nDevelop and consume REST/SOAP services for rule execution and integration.\nTroubleshoot, debug, and optimize rule performance and application behavior.\nSupport application deployments, upgrades, and migration activities.\nParticipate in code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and production support.\nWork closely with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.\nEnsure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, and coding standards.\nRequired Technical Skills5-7 years of software development experience.\n3+ years of hands-on experience with IBM ODM / Blaze Rules / Blaze Advisor.\nStrong experience in: Rule Authoring\nDecision Tables\nRule Flows\nBusiness Object Modeling\nRule Execution Server (RES)\n\nExperience deploying and supporting applications on IBM WebSphere Liberty Profile.\nStrong Java/J2EE development skills.\nExperience with: Spring Boot\nRESTful APIs\nXML,
