We have an urgent requirement for a Business Analyst with a leading banking customer in Singapore.

Role Summary

The Business Analyst will act as the bridge between business and technology teams, driving requirements, metadata governance, platform configuration, testing, and user adoption for the product implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and manage business and functional requirements.
• Define metadata models, business glossaries, and governance processes.
• Design and document governance workflows, controls, and stewardship processes.
• Create and manage user stories, backlog items, and release requirements.
• Perform UAT and validate platform features, configurations, and customizations.
• Develop training materials and support user adoption activities.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Data Stewards, Architects, and Engineering teams to ensure successful delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of Business Analysis experience in Data, Analytics, Data Governance/Management, or Enterprise Data Platform implementations.
• Strong knowledge of metadata management, data governance, and data catalog concepts.
• Experience with Agile delivery, requirements management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with Open Metadata, Collibra, Alation, Informatica, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
