The architect will develop migration strategies, design target-state architectures, lead technical delivery teams, and ensure successful migration of applications, infrastructure, and platforms with minimal business disruption.\nIn addition, the role operates within a managed services environment, providing advanced (L4)technical support for complex escalations, ensuring continuous service availability, and driving operational excellence across multi-technology domains including cloud, networking, security, and infrastructure.\nKey Responsibilities:\n1. Migration Strategy\n· Assess current on-premises environments and application portfolios. \n· Develop cloud adoption and migration strategies. \n· Perform application discovery and dependency mapping. \n· Define migration waves and migration roadmaps. \n· Recommend appropriate migration approaches (Rehost, Replat form, Refactor, Repurchase,Retire, Retain). \n2. Architecture Design\nDesign landing zones and cloud foundations. \nDevelop hybrid cloud architectures. \nDesign networking, security, identity, backup, DR and governance. \nProduce High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD). \nEstablish architecture standards and reusable reference architectures. \n3. Migration Delivery\nLead migration planning and execution. \nReview migration runbooks. \nCoordinate migration windows. \nOversee cutover and rollback planning. \nResolve technical issues during migration. \n4. Technical Leadership\nLead technical workshops with customers. \nMentor engineers and technical leads. \nConduct architecture reviews. \nEnsure compliance with enterprise standards. \nSupport complex troubleshooting. \n5. Governance &Risk\nIdentify migration risks. \nDefine mitigation strategies. \nReview technical quality. \nEnsure security and compliance requirements are met. \nParticipate in Change Advisory Board(CAB). \n6. Customer Engagement\nPresent migration strategies to executives. \nConduct discovery workshops. \nProvide technical assurance. \nSupport pre-sales and solution development.\nQualifications and Certifications :\n· Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).\n· Mandatory Certifications\n- Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert \n- Amazon Web Services AWS Certified Solutions Architect– Professional \n- The Open Group TOGAF Certified \n- ITIL 4 Foundation \nPreferred\n- VMware Certified Professional (VCP-DCV) \n- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) \n- Azure Administrator Associate \n- AWS SysOps Administrator \n- CISSP (preferred) \n- Terraform Associate\n· Additional cloud-native and container certifications are advantageous.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\nCloud Platforms\nMicrosoft Azure \nAWS \nGoogle Cloud (desirable) \nHands-on GCC exposure is mandatory.\nInfrastructure\nStrong knowledge of:\nVMware
