design through production support.\nKey Responsibilities\nTechnical Leadership\nLead the end-to-end design, development and delivery of Sitecore-based web platforms and supporting .NET services.\nDefine solution architecture, coding standards, and technical best practices for the team.\nConduct code reviews, mentor developers, and support their technical growth.\nCollaborate with architects, business analysts, QA and product owners to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.\nEstimate effort, plan sprints, and track technical deliverables in an Agile/Scrum environment.\nSitecore Development\nDesign and build solutions on Sitecore 9.x / 10.x, and lead migration or new implementations on Sitecore XM Cloud.\nDevelop Sitecore components, templates, renderings, workflows, and content structures following Helix principles.\nWork with Sitecore Headless / JSS and Experience Edge where applicable.\nConfigure and optimize Sitecore content delivery, caching and publishing strategies.\nFull Stack & Cloud Development\nBuild and maintain applications using ASP.NET, C#, .NET Core / .NET 8-9, REST Web APIs and microservices.\nDevelop responsive front-end features using JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5 and CSS3.\nDesign and integrate Azure services including App Services, Blob Storage, Azure AI Search, Azure Cache for Redis, and Application Insights.\nBuild and manage integration services with third-party and internal systems.\nDesign, optimize and maintain SQL Server databases, queries and stored procedures.\nDevOps & Operations\nOwn and improve CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Git.\nImplement application performance monitoring, logging and alerting using Application Insights and related tools.\nLead production support and incident management, including root cause analysis, resolution and preventive measures.\nEnsure applications meet standards for security, performance, scalability and reliability.\nRequired Skills & Experience\n8+ years of professional software development experience, including technical leadership responsibilities.\nStrong hands-on experience with Sitecore 9.x and 10.x; working knowledge of Sitecore XM Cloud.\nExpertise in C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core / .NET 8-9.\nSolid experience designing and building RESTful Web APIs and microservices-based architectures.\nStrong front-end skills in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5 and CSS3.\nProficiency in SQL Server - database design, performance tuning, and query optimization.\nPractical experience with Microsoft Azure: App Services, Blob Storage, Azure AI Search, Azure Cache for Redis, and Application Insights.\nExperience with Git and Azure DevOps, including building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.\nExperience in application performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support / incident management.\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to work with distributed teams and client stakeholders.\nGood to Have\nKnowledge and hands-on implementation of AI solutions (e.g., Azure OpenAI, AI-powered search, chatbots, content personalization).\nExperience with
