liaison between State Medicaid agencies, business users, reporting teams, and IT.\nFacilitate requirements workshops, reviews, and stakeholder meetings.\nPresent reporting findings, risks, and recommendations to leadership.\nTesting & Implementation SupportDevelop and execute test scenarios for reporting enhancements.\nSupport SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production validation.\nReview defects, perform root cause analysis, and validate fixes.\nSupport release planning and deployment activities.\nOperational SupportSupport monthly, quarterly, and annual federal reporting cycles.\nAssist with audit requests and compliance reviews.\nCreate operational procedures, SOPs, and reporting documentation.\nSupport production issue analysis and resolution.\nRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field.\n5+ years of Business Analyst experience.\n3+ years of MMIS or Medicaid experience.\nStrong knowledge of Medicaid claims, providers, members, financials, and encounters.\nExperience with federal reporting programs such as T-MSIS, CMS-64, CMS-37, or PERM.\nExperience creating BRDs, Functional Requirements, User Stories, and test cases.\nStrong SQL and data analysis skills.\nExperience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.\n Preferred QualificationsMMIS modernization or O&M experience.\nKnowledge of healthcare EDI transactions (837, 835, 270/271, etc.).\nExperience with Cognos, Power BI, Tableau, or reporting tools.\nExperience supporting CMS audits
