The role requires strong functional expertise in procurement, inventory management, vendor management, and integration with other SAP modules.\nThe ideal candidate should possess excellent stakeholder management skills and be capable of working closely with business users, leadership teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable SAP solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nGather and analyse business requirements from Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll (PY), and finance stakeholders.\nDesign, configure, test, and deploy SAP HCM solutions aligned with business requirements.\nLead end-to-end SAP HCM implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.\nConfigure and maintain:\nPersonnel Administration (PA): Employee master data, infotypes, personnel actions, dynamic actions, organizational assignments, hiring, transfer, promotion, termination, and retirement.\nOrganizational Management (OM): Organizational units, jobs, positions, relationships, reporting structures, evaluation paths, and organizational assignments.\nTime Management (TM/PT): Work schedules, absence/attendance management, time quotas, holiday calendars, time evaluation, and payroll integration.\nPayroll (PY): Payroll configuration, wage types, schemas, PCRs, control record, regular/off-cycle payroll, reconciliation, and FI posting.\nESS/MSS: Employee and Manager Self-Service, HR workflows, leave/attendance, and employee master-data processes.\nManage integration with:Experience with SAP HCM/SAP Payroll in an S/4HANA environment.\nExposure to ECC-to-S/4HANA HCM/Payroll migration or transformation projects.\nIntegration with FI/CO and coordination with ABAP, integration, security, and technical teams.\n\nExposure to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central / Employee Central Payroll integration.\nKnowledge of interfaces, IDocs, APIs, middleware, or other HR system integrations.\nSupport month-end and year-end Payroll closing activities and SAP HCM implementations.\nAnalyse and resolve production incidents and provide root cause analysis.\nPrepare functional specifications for developments, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms.\nCollaborate with ABAP, Basis, and technical teams during development and deployment cycles.\nConduct user training sessions and prepare process documentation.\nDrive process optimization and best practices across SAP HCM implementations and Payroll Processing.\nMentor junior consultants and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.\nRequired Skills & Competencies\nFunctional Expertise\nStrong hands-on experience in SAP HCM configuration and support.\nShould have experience of S4/HANA Greenfield Implementation on Private and Public Cloud - SAP S4/HANA SAAS\nDeep understanding of:Indian payroll processing\nIncome Tax\nProfessional Tax\nPF\nESI\ngratuity\nstatutory deductions\ninvestment declarations\nexemptions, perquisites\nloans/reimbursements\nForm 16\nstatutory reports\nYear-end activities\nPayroll configuration\nwage types\nschemas\nPCRs\ncontrol record \nregular/off-cycle payroll\nreconciliation, and FI posting\n\nSAP Technical Awareness\nAbility to create and review functional specifications.\nUnderstanding of IDOCs, Interfaces, LSMW, BAPIs, Enhancements, and Fiori applications.\nExposure to SAP S/4HANA Payroll processes.\nProject Experience\nMinimum 2- 4 end-to-end SAP implementation projects.\nExperience in SAP S/4HANA migration and transformation projects preferred.\nExperience in support and AMS engagements.\nSoft Skills\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities.\nTeam leadership and mentoring experience.\nQualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, HR, Commerce, or related field.\nMBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.\nSAP HCM Certification preferred.\nSAP S/4HANA HCM - Payroll Certification will be an added advantage.\nPreferred Experience\nExperience in Utilities, Retail, FMCG, Pharma, Manufacturing, EPC or Public Sector organizations.\nExposure to S/4 Hana HCM Payroll.\nExperience working with geographically distributed teams.\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)\nSuccessful SAP HCM project delivery.\nUser satisfaction and issue resolution effectiveness.\nLead SAP HCM functional activities across implementation, rollout, upgrade, and AMS/support engagements.\nInventory accuracy and
