are looking for a Senior Odoo Implementer / Functional Consultant to lead and deliver Odoo implementations for our clients.\nYou will work directly with clients to understand their business processes, translate requirements into practical Odoo solutions, configure the system, lead testing and training, and support successful go-live.\nKey ResponsibilitiesLead Odoo implementations from Discovery & Requirements Gathering to Go-Live.\n\nAnalyze business processes and translate them into Odoo solutions.\n\nConfigure Odoo modules and workflows based on business requirements.\n\nWork with clients to identify gaps and recommend the best standard Odoo solution before considering customization.\n\nPrepare functional documentation, UAT scenarios, and implementation plans.\n\nLead user training, UAT, data migration, and post-go-live support.\n\nWork closely with Odoo developers on customizations and integrations.\n\nManage client expectations, scope, issues, and implementation deliverables.\n\nSupport and mentor junior Odoo consultants.\n\nRequirements\n3+ years of experience in ERP implementation/consulting, with significant hands-on Odoo experience.\n\nProven experience in full-cycle Odoo implementations.\n\nStrong knowledge of several Odoo applications such as:\nSales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, POS, Manufacturing, HR, Website/eCommerce.\n\nStrong understanding of business processes and ERP workflows.\n\nExcellent Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering skills.\n\nHands-on experience with UAT, User Training, Documentation, and Data Migration.\n\nAbility to distinguish between Standard Odoo, Configuration, Third-Party Apps, Integration, and Custom Development.\n\nStrong client communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.\n\nGood English communication skills.\n\nBasic understanding of Python, Odoo technical concepts, APIs, and PostgreSQL is a plus, but this is primarily a Functional / Implementation role.\n\nWe Are Looking For Someone Who\nThinks Business First, not Module First.\n\nPrefers Standard Odoo before Customization.\n\nCan challenge unnecessary requirements and propose better alternatives.\n\nCan
