The Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with solution architects, engineering teams, product management, and executive stakeholders to develop account strategies that maximize customer value and accelerate revenue growth.\nGeneral Duties and Responsibilities:\nDevelop and execute strategic account plans for assigned customers and prospects.\n\nBuild relationships with executive, procurement, engineering, operations, and technical decision-makers.\n\nIdentify opportunities to expand wallet share through integrated solution selling.\n\nCollaborate with technical teams to develop customer-specific solutions that address business and operational challenges.\n\nDrive the full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification through contract negotiation and close.\n\nMaintain accurate account forecasts, opportunity pipelines, and revenue projections.\n\nDevelop deep understanding of customer roadmaps, investment priorities, and growth initiatives.\n\nRepresent Infinite Electronics during customer meetings, executive briefings, trade shows, and industry events.\n\nMonitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies within the data center ecosystem.\n\nAchieve assigned revenue, profitability, and customer growth objectives.\n\nEducation & Experience:\nBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related field.\n\nMinimum 10 years of experience selling complex technical solutions within data center, telecommunications, networking, infrastructure, or technology markets.\n\nProven success managing strategic enterprise accounts and exceeding revenue targets.\n\nExperience working with hyperscale, cloud, AI infrastructure, enterprise, or colocation customers.\n\nStrong understanding of connectivity, networking, fiber optics, and data center infrastructure.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:•MBA or advanced technical degree.\nExperience selling integrated infrastructure solutions.\n\nExperience supporting global accounts and multi-site deployments.\n\nKnowledge of AI infrastructure, optical networking, and high-speed interconnect technologies.\n\nFamiliarity with CRM systems and strategic account planning methodologies.\n\nPhysical Job Requirements:\nThe physical requirements of this position will vary based on the essential duties of the role and will be identified in the final job description.\n\nRequirements should reflect only the actual, essential physical demands of the position and should be reviewed for consistency with business necessity.\n\nExamples may include remaining in a stationary position, moving about a worksite, operating standard office or job-specific equipment, communicating effectively, and viewing screens or documents, where applicable.\n\nIf lifting, travel, extended standing, or other physical demands are required, they should be stated specifically and only when truly essential to the position.\n\nReports To: President of Infinite Solutions\nEnvironment: Work environment requirements for this position will vary based on the nature of the role.
