We combine AI, commercial expertise, and technology to address complex government and federal agency challenges.\nJOB SUMMARY\nThe IAM Analyst will administer and support enterprise IAM platforms and identity lifecycle processes, including user access, provisioning, access governance, authentication, and privileged access. The role will work with security, application, infrastructure, operations, and vendor teams to maintain secure, reliable, and compliant IAM services.\nKey Responsibilities\nAdminister and support enterprise IAM and identity governance platforms.\n\nManage identity lifecycle activities, including provisioning, deprovisioning, joiner-mover-leaver processes, access requests, approvals, and certifications.\n\nConfigure and support IAM workflows, policies, connectors, integrations, roles, and entitlements.\n\nMonitor IAM platforms, scheduled jobs, and integrations and troubleshoot operational issues.\n\nSupport authentication, multi-factor authentication, privileged access, role-based access control, and non-human identities.\n\nAssist with application onboarding and integration with enterprise IAM services.\n\nInvestigate IAM incidents and access issues and coordinate resolution with technical teams and vendors.\n\nMaintain technical documentation, procedures, configuration records, and audit evidence.\n\nSupport IAM security and compliance requirements, including least privilege and segregation of duties.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n7+ years of experience in IAM, cybersecurity, systems administration, or related technology roles.\n\nHands-on experience administering or supporting enterprise IAM or identity governance platforms.\n\nKnowledge of identity lifecycle management, provisioning, access governance, authentication, authorization, and privileged access.\n\nExperience with directory services, single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, APIs, connectors, and identity integrations.\n\nStrong troubleshooting, documentation, analytical, and communication skills.\n\nFamiliarity with security and compliance requirements such as NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, or SOC.\n\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with CyberArk, SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.\n\nIAM or cybersecurity certification.\n\nExperience supporting U.S. federal government, financial services, or other regulated environments.\n\nExperience working with distributed technical and vendor teams.\n\nAbility to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance if required.\n\nCompensation &
